关于提高高职学生就业率的思考

摘要

Vocational graduates students facing grim employment situation, The school plays an important role in this issue to improve the employment rate of graduates, the articles respectively positioning from the school and talent cultivation, employment oriented market, set of courses reasonable, strengthen industry-university cooperation efforts, enhance the quality of teaching,comprehensively improve the quality of student, strengthening employment and psychological guidance, building in one service system services with management, teaching, graduate employment guidance.%　　高职毕业生面临严峻的就业形势，学校在提高毕业生就业率这一问题中扮演着重要的角色。文章分别从学校办学及人才培养定位，以市场就业为导向，合理设置课程；加强产学合作力度；加强教学质量，全面提高学生素质；加强就业心理指导工作；建立管理、教学、指导、服务于一体的毕业生就业服务体系。
