基于TRIZ理论工程技术人才培养模式与感知实践教学探究

         

摘要

文章对国内外工程技术人才培养模式进行了探究,分析了国内外感知实践教学状况,介绍了创新理论的应用,融合TRIZ理论对工程技术人才培养模式与感知实践教学进行了探究,提出构建合理的符合高职教育的感知实践教学体系,创新工程技术人才培养模式,创新工程技术人才培养的课程体系,建立感知实践教学管理运行机制等为实现提升工程技术类专业学生的就业能力的各项措施,对提升工程技术人才培养质量,促进高职教育的可持续发展有一定借鉴作用。%This articles explored on domestic and international engineering and technical personnel training mode, analyzing the domestic and international perception of practice teaching situation. Describes the application of innovation theory, integration of TRIZ for engineering and technical personnel training mode and practice of teaching were perceived to explore, propose to build a reasonable perception of practice teaching system in line with vocational education, innovative engineering and technical personnel training mode, innovative engineering and technical personnel training curriculum, establishing perception practice education management mechanism for the realization of engineering and technology to enhance student employability measures, to enhance the quality of engineering and technical personnel training, and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education have a reference.
