基于彩色可见光图像的外绝缘污秽等级检测

摘要

文章提出了一种基于彩色可见光图像进行户外高压绝缘子污秽等级检测的新方法。首先在深圳供电局所属各变电站现场采集污秽绝缘子图像及对应盐密灰密值，再对图像进行预处理，最后进行特征值提取和筛选，通过特征值判断绝缘子污秽等级。%This paper presents a new method that use image processing technology to cheek the pollution level of high voltage insulators. Firstly, we obtain the sample insulator images of different pollution in the transformer substations in ShenZhen province. Then, we convert the images to HSV space, after filtering. After that we extract the image characteristics reflecting the pollution level.
