西部民族地区城镇化“大数据”农业信息服务体系创新研究

摘要

Firstly, this paper analysis the demand of agricultural information service system based on big data of urbanization in the western minority areas. Secondly, this paper discuss the impact of big data agricultural information service system of urbanization in the western minority areas, from data integration, service model, support capabilities, cross-border cooperation and technological innovation in five areas. Finally, the papers proposed strategies Western National Agricultural Information Service System Construction, such as integration of resources, improve standards, train personnel structure and four service platform constructions.%首先，分析西部民族地农业信息服务在大数据和城镇化背景下的需求；其次，从数据集成、服务模式、保障能力、跨界合作和技术革新等五个方面，阐述大数据对西部民族地区农业信息服务的影响；最后，从资源整合、健全标准体系、培养人才结构和建设服务平台等四个方面，提出西部民族地区农业信息服务体系构建的策略。
