机制砂细度模数对C50梁变形性能的研究

         

摘要

利用不同细度模数的机制砂配制C50梁混凝土,对比研究机制砂不同细度模数对砂浆及C50梁混凝土的工作性能、力学性能和收缩性能的影响规律。研究表明:机制砂细度模数在2.8~3.2时,混凝土的工作性较好;机制砂细度模数为3.0时,混凝土力学性能最优;机制砂细度模数越小,混凝土的收缩越小。机制砂细度模数宜控制在3.0,C50梁混凝土的综合性能最佳。%Applying different fineness modulus of machine-made sand in C50 girder concrete to comparative study the influence of different fineness modulus of machine-made sand in C50 girder concrete on work performance, mechanical properties and shrinkage properties. Research shows that: when the fineness modulus of machine-made sand is 2.8 to 3.2, concrete works better; When the fineness modulus of machine-made sand arrives 3.0, the mechanical properties of concrete is the best;The fineness modulus of machine-made sand is smaller, the less the shrinkage of concrete .The fineness modulus of machine-made sand should be controlled at 3.0,at which the comprehensive performance of C50 girder concrete is the best.
