板井小绿叶蝉触角形态及其感器类型

         

摘要

Antennal sensilla types,number and distribution of male and female of Empoasca (s.str.)sakaii Dworakowska were studied by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that an-tenna setaceous consisted of basal scape,pedicel and long flagellum.There was no obvious difference be-tween male and female.Numerous sensilla squamiformia were distributed on the short scape and pedicel, and 3 ~5 sensilla trichodea were fund on the apex of pedicel.Slender flagellum was composed of many segments.Two sensilla basiconic were distributed on the 2nd and 3rd segment of flagellum respectively.A sensilla basiconic was fund on the 4th and 2nd segment for female and male respectively.There were no sensilla on the other part of the flagellum.For both the male and the female,bulbiform brochosomes were fund on the surface of the antennae.Types and number of female sensilla were similar to those of male.These results supplied basis for further study on behavioral biology,chemical ecology and electro-physiology of E.sakaii.%该试验应用电镜扫描技术,观察比较板井小绿叶蝉成虫雌、雄两性的触角及感器的形态、数量和分布。结果表明,板井小绿叶蝉雌、雄成虫,触角均呈刚毛状,包括柄节、梗节和鞭节3部分,两性间无差异。柄节及梗节较粗短,其上具多个鳞形感器,梗节近端部着生3~5根毛形感器;鞭节细长,分为多亚节,第2、3亚节上各有1个毛形感器,雌虫第4亚节和雄虫第2 亚节上各有1锥形感器,其余亚节上均无感器。雌、雄性成虫触角表面都有刺体,且均为球状刺体。因此,板井小绿叶蝉的触角感器的类型及数量在雌雄个体间无差异。这些结果为板井小绿叶蝉的行为生物学、化学生态学和电生理学的研究提供参考。
