牛顿型等厚直纹干涉及其变异结构

         

摘要

采用分类归纳的方法给出各类变异的牛顿型等厚直纹干涉结构,推导并分析了各类干涉结构发生等厚干涉的条件及干涉条纹的分布规律。理论推导与实验结果相互印证。同时指明牛顿型直纹干涉技术在圆柱形工件表面曲率半径的测定方面的应用,特别是非接触式牛顿型直纹干涉结构在某些圆柱形及平板形工件表面缺陷与畸变的无损探测方面的应用,以及应用于牛顿环光学干涉技术的教学研究。%Some new variant structures of interference apparatus with Newton type equal thickness straight fringes are studied and discussed ,the interference condition and distribution law of their interference fringes are analysed .Their novelty and equal effectiveness in the interference principle compared to the original interferometer for Newton′s rings are thrown light on .We find that the subtraction of squared distances of any two adjacent straight fringes to the central fringe acquired in this interference apparatus are constant ,which is independent of their interference orders ,predict their possible application in teaching and research of equal inteference technique , especially the apparatus of Newton′s rings .
