苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101对正常小鼠的免疫调节作用

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of phenylalanine dipeptide compound Y101 on immunifaction.Methods Normal Balb/C mice were randomly divided into three groups: control, low and high dosage group treated with phenylalanine dipeptide compound Y101. The clearance rate of charcoal particles was determined. Normal Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups:control, analogue, low, middle and high dosage group treated with Y101. The level of serum hemolysin and the viscera indexes were measured. These indexes were investigated to find the difference between these groups. Results Compared with control, there was significant increase of the clearance rate of charcoal particles in high dosage group. Compared with analogue group, the level of serum hemolysin,the spleen index and the thoracic gland index in both middle and high dosage groups were remarkably increased.Conclusion Phenylalanine dipeptide compound Y101 enhances nonspecific immunity and the humoral immune function of normal mice.%目的 探讨苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101对正常小鼠的免疫调节作用.方法 利用免疫学相关技术对Balb/C小鼠对照组、苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101低、高(25、100mg/kg)剂量组的碳粒廓清指标进行测定,并对昆明小鼠Y101低、中、高(25、50、100mg/kg)剂量组的血清溶血素水平及脏器指数进行测定.结果 与空白对照组小鼠比较,高剂量组吞噬系数明显升高;与模型组相比,高、中剂量给药组溶血值、脾指数、胸腺指数均显著升高.结论 苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101具有促进正常小鼠非特异性免疫和体液免疫功能的作用.
