苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101对α-萘基异硫氰酸醋致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用

         

摘要

目的 观察苯丙氨酸二肽类化合物Y101对a-萘异硫氰酸酯致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其保肝作用机制.方法 建立a-蔡异硫氰酸醋肝损伤模型,以肝功能和肝病理改变为判断指标,对Y101的保肝作用和退黄降酶疗效进行实验.结果 在改善肝功能的实验中,3个剂量结果均表明,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠血清中总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨移酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶含量明显升高.Y101低、中、高剂量组可剂量依赖性地降低a-萘异硫氰酸酯肝损伤小鼠血清中总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨移酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶的含量.在保肝作用的机制探讨中,与模型组比较,Y101各剂量组不同程度地降低a-萘异硫氰酸酯受损肝组织中的丙二醛、一氧化氮含量,同时不同程度的升高其超氧化物歧化酶、谷咣甘肽活力.结论 Y101对a-萘异硫氰酸酯致小鼠黄疽型肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关.%Objective To observe the protective effect of phenylalanine dipeptide compounds Y101 on liver injury induced by ANIT in mice and to probe the mechanisms involved in protecting the liver were evaluated. Methods ANIT models were sef up. The function and pathological examination of the liver were evaluated. Results The content of total bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in the blood serum of the model group rose significantly compared with the normal group. However, that of mice decreased eompard with the ANIT model group in a dose-dependent manner dialdehyde, GSH. Conclusion Y101 has protecting effect on jaundice hepatic injury induced by ANIT in mice, probably due to antioxidation.
