慢性肾脏病老年患者潜在不适当用药分析

抽取我院肾内科2016年第三季度慢性肾脏病老年人(≥65岁)住院病历151份,根据2015年版Beers标准,对病历中所涉及的药物进行回顾性分析,并对潜在的不适当用药进行文献检索与分析,结果发现阿司匹林、甲氧氯普胺、非甾体类镇痛药、可乐定、长效口服降糖药等在肾功能不全患者中应避免使用;地高辛、阿普唑仑、奥氮平等应减少剂量.%We extracted 151 electronic medical records of elderly patients diagnosed chronic kidney disease in the Nephrology Department from July to September 2016, then retrospectively analyzed the po-tentially inappropriate medication according to the Beers Criteria 2015. In addition, we explored these drugs with renal insufficiency by literature retrieval, classification and analysis. The results of literature analysis showed that aspirin, metoclopramide, antipyretic analgesics, clonidine and long-acting oral hypoglycemic a-gents should be avoided and olanzapine, digoxin and alprazolam should be reduced in dose for elderly pa-tients with renal insufficiency.
