Straight-run gasoline aromatization upgrading performances were studied with modified DZSM-5 zeolite aromatization catalyst DFYQ-1. The experimental results showed that the regeneration cycle of catalysts was over 32 days under the conditions of 380-530 ℃ temperature, 0.5-1.0 h-1 space velocity and 0.2-0.3 MPa pressure. The catalyst has a good stability and selectivity. Its performances can meet the requirements for the production of high-octane gasoline blending components.%用改性的DZSM-5分子筛芳构化催化剂(DFYQ-1),进行了直馏汽油芳构化改质催化性能试验研究.结果表明,在温度380~530℃、空速0.5~1.0 h-1、压力0.2~0.3 MPa的反应条件下,催化剂再生周期达32 d以上.该催化剂具有较强的活性稳定性和选择性,其催化性能可以满足直馏汽油生产高辛烷值汽油调合组分的要求.
