The sulfide in spent caustic was oxidized by high gravity oxidation process with spent caustic as raw material in a rotating packed bed.The results showed that the optimum conditions of high gravity oxidation process were spent caustic handling capacity 100 L/h,air/spent caustic (volume ratio) 60,oxidation temperature 60 ℃,high gravity factor 96,atmospheric pressure.Under these conditions,the desulfurization rate could reach to 81%,and the mass concentration of sulfide in spent caustic reduced from 16 319 mg/L to 3 101 mg/L.%以含硫废碱液为原料,采用超重力氧化工艺,在旋转填料床中对废碱液中的硫化物进行了氧化处理.结果表明:超重力废碱液氧化工艺的最佳操作条件为废碱液处理量100 L/h,空气/废碱液(体积比)60,氧化温度60 ℃,超重力因子96,常压;在此条件下,脱硫率可以达到81%,原料废碱液中硫化物质量浓度由16 319 mg/L降至3 101 mg/L.
