丙烯制冷压缩机异常振动原因分析

摘要

This article introduces the continuous slow rise of the non-driving end shaft vibration of propylene refrigeration compressor in Maoming Company. It describes the process of the disassembling and overhauling of the failure machine in detail. And it also analyzes the causes for the abnormal vibration in the machine. The article points out that the electricity erosion generated by turbine rotor charging is the main cause for the abnormal rise of the shaft vibration and it brings forward some corresponding measures to deal with such problems.%介绍了茂名乙烯旧线丙烯制冷压缩机非驱动端轴振动持续缓慢上升的故障现象,对机组故障解体检修的过程进行了详细的描述,最后对引发机组异常振动的原因进行了分析,指出透平转子带电造成的电腐蚀是引发本次压缩机轴振动异常升高的根本原因,并提出了相应的处理措施.
