液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜水果中克百威残留量

             

摘要

系统研究克百威在蔬菜水果中的残留量,促进安全生产.采用乙腈提取,饱和氯化钠盐析后离心,上清液加少许PSA净化后过0.22μm滤膜,LC-MS/MS测定.该分析方法的添加回收率在86.2% ~ 110.4%之间,相对标准偏差在3.7%~8.0%之间,最低检出浓度为0.002mg/kg.方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好.%To promote the safe production,the residues of carbofuran in vegetable and fruit were studied.Carbofuran residue were extracted from samples with acetonitrile,centrifuged after sodium chloride salting-out,purified by PSA granules and determined by LC-MS/MS.The recoveries,the coefficients of variation and the limit of detection of the method were 86.2% to 110.4%,3.7% to 8.0% and 0.002mg/kg,respectively.The method was fast,simple,accurate and of high precision.
