水性集装箱涂料现状与展望

摘要

根据水性集装箱涂料产品的配套体系,讨论了各涂层的配方设计、需要满足的相关标准要求;介绍了水性集装箱涂料大规模推广一年来取得的相关经验;同时总结分享了现场涂装工艺,对目前集装箱涂料水性化遇到的主要问题、难点进行了分析讨论,为工业漆水性化提供参考.%As viewed from waterborne container coatings and their supporting systems,the formula design and related standards of the coatings have been described.The field experience gained over the past year of coating process is introduced.Meanwhile,some typical problems and difficulties on the way of waterborne technologization are discussed,which might be a guide for the innovation of waterborne industrial coatings.
