Bisphenol A as A food packaging material has potential toxicity and harm.Introduced in this paper,the physical and chemical properties of bisphenol A,poison,the migration mechanism,the damage control means.And Japan,the United States and other countries for the using standard of bisphenol A (bpa).%双酚A是一种内分泌干扰物,作为食品包装材料具有潜在的毒性与危害.针对双酚A的理化性质、毒性、迁移机理、相应的危害控制手段以及日本、美国等国家对于双酚A在食品包装材料中的使用标准进行综述.
