A Brief Review of Root,Stem and Base and Their Application in the Text-book of New Senior English for China

摘要

Without grammar,very little can be conveyed;without vocabulary,nothing can be conveyed.Word formation is of great significance in vocabulary teaching and learning,and having a good command of root,stem,and base can promote teaching and learning efficiently and effectively.This paper mainly aims to make a brief review of root,stem and base,and their application in textbooks.
