An Investigation of Intercultural Business Miscommunication of Business English Majors

摘要

In order to explore the reasons of miscommunication made by business English majors in intercultural business communication,one questionnaire was done by 100 subjects.The analyses of the results from the questionnaire suggest the main reason of miscommunication is lack of contextual awareness.So,to avoid such miscommunication is to increase contextual awareness.
