艾米莉·狄金森的破折号--语料库在文学教学中的应用研究

作为美国最出色的诗人之一，艾米莉·狄金森善于使用不规则的破折号，文学研究者对此已有不同的解读。针对这一诗歌特征，在文学教学中基于语料库的研究可明确其破折号的使用频率和位置，从而与破折号的传统用法进行比较，试探讨艾米莉·狄金森诗歌中破折号的五种常用目的，使学习者对这一诗歌特点有更全面的了解，这也是语料库应用于文学教学中的一种尝试。%Regarded as one of America’s best poets, Emily Dickinson is well known for her unusual use of dashes, which has been interpreted by researchers. The corpus-based study of this poetic feature provides another method to analyze the frequency and position of dash in literature teaching. Based on the results, her unique dash is compared with the traditional usages. 5 most frequent usages of dashes are also presented to discuss her different purposes. This poetic method can be analyzed in different as-pects for the learners, which is an helpful attempt on the application of corpus in literature teaching.
