Based on the transitivity theory in functional grammar, one text entitled Living in:Shanghai is chosen from the BBC tourism for analysis, so as to explore the transitivity features of tourism recommendation and introduction in English newspapers, and the way to achieve the anticipated effect with transitivity.%以功能语法中及物性理论为基础，对BBC旅游版宜居系列文章之一的Living in：Shanghai进行分析，探讨英文报刊旅游推介在文本及物性方面的特点，以及如何从及物性角度达到旅游推介的效果。
