委婉语的语用模糊现象及其功能研究

摘要

The phenomenon of pragmatic vagueness which is accompanied with our speech event, is common and can be seen everywhere in our daily communication. It is not only a linguistic phenomenon, but also a strategic use of language. Therefore, it’s representative to probe into the phenomenon of pragmatic vagueness in language and its pragmatic functions from the per-spective of euphemisms. The study reveals that vagueness in language has positive pragmatic functions. It can help to carry out strategies of language appropriately and plays a great role in language communication.%在人们日常交际中，语用模糊现象随处可见，伴随着我们的言语活动。这既是一种语言现象，也是一种语言策略。从委婉语出发来窥探言语交际中的语用模糊现象和语用功能具有一定代表性。研究发现语言的模糊性具有积极的语用功能，能够合适得体地实现语言策略，在交际中起重要作用。
