The English Phonetics teaching of the English program of Hainan University is faced with a demand of innova-tion in the context of globalization.An overall innovation should be carried out from such perspectives as teaching aims,teaching contents,teaching methods and means,teaching evaluations and teaching subjects,so as to formulate a sound teaching system and boost the quality of English phonetics teaching.%全球化大背景下,海南大学英语专业语音教学面临改革需求.应从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及手段、教学测评以及教学对象等各个环节进行综合改革,以形成科学合理的教学体系,真正提高英语语音教学质量.
