在高职院校教学中,英语是十分重要的组成部分,当前,高中以及大学的扩招规模逐渐扩大,使得高职院校的发展受到了极大的影响,学生的质量不高,英语基础比较差,学习能力参差不齐.因此在英语教学中,教师应在素质教育的指导下尊重学生的个性差异,根据学生的实际特点进行英语分层教学,明确英语教学的目标、方法等,促进学生英语学习积极性的提升,使学生的英语学习实现良好的效果.但是在高职院校的英语分层教学中还存在着一定的问题,应提出科学的对策促进分层教学的顺利进行,为高职院校培养高素质的人才.本文就高职院校英语分层教学的相关问题进行分析和研究.%English is an important part in the teaching of vocational and technical colleges. At present, with the expansion of the enrollment scale of vocational and technical colleges, the development of these colleges is influenced greatly. Students 'English foundation is not good and students'learning ability is different, so with the guidance of quality education the teacher should re-spect the individual differences of students in English teaching. The teacher should also make English teaching goals and methods clear according to the students'actual characteristics and promote students' enthusiasm in English learning with the teaching by different levels, so as to improve the level of students'English learning. But there are some problems in the English teaching by dif-ferent levels of vocational and technical colleges, which should be put forward to improve the quality of the teaching by different levels. This paper analyzes and studies the related problems of English teaching by different levels in vocational and technical col-leges.
