According to at the present situation of higher vocational English teaching in our country, this paper puts forward under the guidance of"output-driven hypothesis", puts forward changing the concept of higher vocational English teaching, reforming the mode of higher vocational English teaching, innovating teaching methods and paying attention to training students' comprehen⁃sive ability and skills of English“listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating”through the positive interaction of input and output. It can enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational students,employment.%针对目前我国高职英语教学的现象,本文提出了在“输出驱动假设理论”的指导下,通过输入与输出的良性互动,转变高职英语教学观念,改革高职英语教学模式,创新教学方法,注重培养学生英语“听、说、读、写、译”的综合能力和实际运用能力,增强高职学生求职就业的竞争力。
