火箭炮新型穿透式密封盖设计与仿真

     

摘要

针对穿透式开盖将密封盖冲破后会产生碎片现象,对火箭炮新型穿透式密封盖进行设计仿真。以火箭炮储运发射箱的前端密封盖为研究对象,根据引信安全性、相邻管火箭弹燃气射流的冲击和密封盖撕裂过程,得出新型穿透式密封盖的性能要求,对密封盖进行材料选择和结构设计。基于复合材料的失效准则,在Abaqus中仿真火箭弹冲破密封盖和燃气射流冲击密封盖的过程,并分析其仿真结果。仿真结果表明:设计的新型穿透式密封盖能按预定的撕裂方向破开且不产生碎片,满足引信安全性要求。%Aiming at the phenomenon that the sealing cover would produce debris after being penetrated, a new penetrative sealing cover is designed and simulated. The front sealing cover of multiple rocket launcher’s storage box is studied in this paper. The performance requirements of the sealing cover are got according to the safety of the fuse, the impact of the combustion gas flow and the tear process. Select the sealing cover’s material and design its structure. Based on the failure criteria, simulate the process of the sealing cover penetrated by rocket and impacted from combustion gas flow in Abaqus. The simulation results show that the new penetrative sealing cover can fracture along the tearing line, no fragment is produced and the safety requirement of the fuse is satisfied.
