本文以我国装备制造业为例,运用回归分析和“拉开档次”综合评价法,选取资源配置效率、规模经济效益和技术进步作为评价市场绩效的指标,对我国利用外资的市场绩效进行实证分析.结果表明:(1)外资有助于整体市场绩效的提高；(2)外资促进了资源配置效率的提高,但提高的速度在减缓；(3)外资与规模经济效益呈正相关关系,但同样存在着增加趋势减缓的现象；(4)外资在很大程度上推动了产业技术进步,促进了创新能力的提升.基于研究结论,给出了我国引进外资的政策建议.%This character is using China' s Equipment Manufacturing Industry as example, and demonstration a-nalysis the marketing performance of foreign investment. By using regression analysis and comprehensive evaluation of " scatter-degree" , this essay evaluates the allocative efficiency of resources, scale economies effect and technological advance as the marketing performance indicators. The demonstration analysis consequence demonstrated as; ( 1) The foreign investment contributes to enhance the whole marketing performance; ( 2 ) The foreign investment encourages allocative efficiency of resources, but the velocity of the increase is slow down. (3)There is a positive correlationship between the foreign investment and scale economies effect, but as well surfers slowing down the trend of this increasing. (4)The foreign investment has deep extent to improve the industry technological advance, increased the innovation ability. Finally, base on the research conclusions, it provides the policy proposal to bring in foreign investment.
