井下节流器用气举打捞工具研制与应用

             

摘要

节流器在井下长期工作后,密封胶筒会发生永久变形,使胶筒与井壁间的摩擦力增大.采用传统方法打捞节流器,打捞钢丝绳容易断裂.研制了井下节流器用气举打捞工具,利用气井压力使节流器上行.在φ73,0 mm(27/8英寸)油管中,1 MPa压差可产生约3 000 N提拉力.现场应用6口井,打捞成功率达100%,缩短了作业时间,降低了劳动强度和作业成本.%With Long-term use of the slip-type downhole throttle in gas-well,the friction becomes larger between its sealant barrel and the wall of the well due to expanded sealant barrel while the slip-type downhole throttle is salvaged. A gas-lift fishing tool which can use energy gas well to lift the slip-type downhole throttle was developed in order to decrease the probability of the salvage wire breakage with traditional salvage methods. The application indicated that this tool could improve the success rate of fishing slip-type downhole throttle,and the new tool's fishing rate was 100% in 6 wells because 1 MPa pressure difference could produce about 3 000 N pulling force in 73.0 mm (2 7/8 in) tubing. It shows this new tool can shorten the work time and save the manpower.
