护理学生完成能力量表的汉化及信效度检验

         

摘要

Objective:To verify the reliability and validity of the Chinesization Nursing Students Competence Instrument (NSCI).Methods:After obtaining authorization from the original author, 30 nursing students were selected for pre-survey and cross-cultural moderate adjustment to form the Chinese version of NSCI by using Brislin translation model for orthogonal translation, synthesis, back translation and expert group discussion.339 nursing students were selected to verify the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:There were 27 items in Chinese version of NSCI.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.17%.The Cronbach′s alpha coefficient of the total table was 0.909, and the Cronbach′s alpha coefficient of each dimension was 0.728~0.866.The retest reliability of the total scale was 0.835, and the retest reliability of each dimension was 0.727~0.828.The half-fold reliability of the total table was 0.803, and the half-fold reliability of each dimension was 0.720~0.761.Conclusions:The Chinese version of NSCI had good reliability and validity, which could be used to evaluate the completion ability of nursing students, and provide basis for follow-up researchers to understand the level of completion ability of nursing students and implement corresponding educational measures.%[目的]汉化护理学生完成能力量表(Nursing Students Competence Instrument,NSCI)并验证其信效度.[方法]在征得原作者授权后采用Brislin翻译模式进行正译、综合、回译,通过专家小组讨论,选择30名护理学生进行预调查,进行跨文化适度调适形成中文版NSCI;选择护理学生339名,验证该量表的信效度.[结果]中文版NSCI共27个条目,探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为72.17%.总量表的Cronbach′s α系数为0.909,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.728~0.866.总量表的重测信度为0.835,各维度的重测信度为0.727~0.828.总量表的分半信度为0.803,各维度的分半信度为0.720~0.761.[结论]中文版NSCI具有良好的信效度,可用于评估护理学生的完成能力,同时为后续研究者了解护理学生的完成能力水平及实施相应的教育措施提供依据.
