本科护生职业成熟度与生涯自我效能感的相关性研究

             

摘要

Objective:To probe into the status quo and correlation between occupation maturity and career self efficacy of undergraduate nursing students,and provide the basis for nursing educators to improve nursing students’occupation maturity.Methods:The occupation maturity scale(CMI)and nursing students’career self efficacy questionnaire were used,in a medical university a total of 367 undergraduate nursing students in 4 grades received a questionnaire survey.Results:Undergraduate nursing students’CMI score was 120.53±10.06, the career self efficacy score of nursing students was 86.95 ±1 1.53,both of them were in the middle level. CMI score difference had no statistical significance among 4 grades of nursing students(P >0.05).4 grades of nursing students’career self efficacy score was statistically significant different(P <0.05).In grade 1,grade 2, grade 4,career self efficacy score and scores of occupation information collection and occupation planning abili-ty,occupation value,target selection than were bigger that in grade 3.In grade 1 occupation attitude and belief scores were greater than that in grade 3,grade 4.In grade 1,grade 2,problem solving ability scores were greater than that in grade 3.Nursing students’occupation maturity and career self efficacy(P <0.01).In career self efficacy occupation cognition and occupation value had a certain prediction for nursing students occupation matu-rity.Conclusion:In the process of undergraduate nursing education,should be paid more attention the to occupa-tion career education of nursing students,and to pay attention to the cultivation of their self efficacy,so as to im-prove the occupation maturity level of nursing students.%[目的]探讨本科护生职业成熟度与生涯自我效能感现状及相关性,为护理教育者提高护生职业成熟度提供依据。[方法]采用职业成熟度量表(CMI)和护生生涯自我效能问卷对某医学院校4个年级367名本科护生进行问卷调查。[结果]本科护生 CMI得分为120.53分±10.06分,护生生涯自我效能感得分为86.95分±11.53分,两者均处于中等水平。4个年级护生 CMI 得分比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),4个年级护生生涯自我效能感总分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),1年级、2年级、4年级生涯自我效能总分及职业信息收集和职业规划能力、职业价值、目标选择得分大于3年级,1年级职业态度及信念得分大于3年级、4年级,1年级、2年级问题解决能力得分大于3年级。护生职业成熟度与生涯自我效能感有相关性(P <0.01),生涯自我效能感中的职业认知及职业价值对护生职业成熟度有一定的预测作用。[结论]在本科护生教育过程中应更重视护生职业生涯教育,关注自我效能感的培养,以提高护生职业成熟度水平。
