护士长情绪智力、自我效能与其领导行为的相关性研究

     

摘要

目的:探讨护士长情绪智力、自我效能与其领导行为的相关性.方法:随机抽取118名护士长作为研究对象,分别调查其情绪智力、自我效能及领导行为,并分析其相关性.结果:118名护士长情绪智力平均分为5.02分,自我效能平均分为29.06分,领导行为评分中工作绩效职能分为34.22分,职能分为33.78分,情绪智力、自我效能与其领导行为均存在相关性.结论:护士长的情绪智力、自我效能会影响其领导行为和管理能力,应注重培养和提高.%Objective:To discuss the relationship between self- efficacy,emotional intelligence and leadership practice of head nurses. Methods; 118 headrnnurses were sampled randomly to investigate their emotional intelligence, self- efficacy,leadership practice and theirs relationships. Results;The average e-rnmotional intelligence, self - efficacy and P/M score of 118 head nurses are 5.02,29.06,34.22 and 33.78 respectively, there were a relationship among e-rnmotional intelligence, self - efficacy and leadership practice. Conclusion; The emotional intelligence and self - efficacy of head nurses should be cultivatedrnand improved due to their influences on leadership practice and managing capability.
