一对一强化培训加快新护士胜任护士职能

         

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of accelerating competing functions of new nurses through the person - to - person intensive training for 3 months. Methods: The new nurses who went through the person - to - person intensive training for 3 months from 2004 to 2008 were viewed as the experimental group,and who undertook normal clinical practice was seen to be the control group. Each group included 50 subjects. Compare the level of the various functions of new nurses. Results :The score of the experimental group was significantly higher the control group in five areas that includes nursing techniques , writing nursing records, the ability and skills of communicating with patients, the ability to assessment condition and finding the changes and the cognitive ability for potential nursing risks and the capacity of coping emergency(P<0.05). Conclusion:The new nurses who went through the intensive training grasped the basic qualities and abilities that they should possess, quickly assumed clinical nursing duties,formed a strong sense of teamwork, reduced the transition cycle from nursing students to nurses,decreased some hidden risks that the new graduate nurses engaging in clinical nursing results in and alleviated the status with lack of human resources for clinical care team.%目的:评价新来院护士通过3个月的一对一强化培洲后,加快其胜任护士职能的效果.方法:将2004 ~ 2008年招聘到我院从事临床护理工作的新护士,通过一对一带教方式强化培训3个月的作为试验组,招聘来院后即跟随各班次承担护士工作3个月的作为对照组.比较两组新护士胜任护士各项职能的综合能力.结果:经过强化培训的新护士在护理技术操作、护理表格书写、与病人沟通交流的能力与技巧、对病情的评估及发现病情变化的能力、对潜在护理隐患的认知能力和突发事件的应对解决能力等五个方面综合能力的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:通过规范的强化培训,可以使新护士尽快掌握护士应具备的基本素质和能力、快速承担起临床护士职责,形成较强的团队合作意识,缩短护生与护士角色转变周期,减少新毕业护士从事临床护理工作的诸多不安全隐患,缓解临床护理队伍人力资源缺乏的现状.
