军队医院护士工作压力源的调查分析与对策

     

摘要

Objective:To investigate job stressors in military hospitals. Methods: A total of 262 nurses were recruited and investigated with the Job StressorsrnScale. Results:The first and foremost job stressor of nurses in military hospitals was professional and career,the other stressors in descending order werernworkload and time pressure,patient care. Different department had different job stressors. Conclusions:Job stress of nurses was very important problem,wernshould strengthen psychology training,improve the work environment, equip reasonable human resource,alleviate job stress of nurses,promote their health.%目的:探讨军队医院护士的工作压力源情况.方法:采用护士工作压力源量表,对262名军队医院护士的工作压力源进行调查.结果:军队医院护士工作压力源前三位为护士专业及工作方面、工作量及时间分配、患者护理方面的问题.不同科室护士工作压力源不同.结论:护士的心理压力状况不容忽视,应加强护士的心理素质培训,改善工作环境,配备合理的人力资源,减少护士工作压力,促进其身心健康.
