三结合康复护理模式在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the three-in-one rehabilitation nursing mode of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods:20 pa-tients of ACL revascularization were randomly divided into two groups. Three-in-one rehabilitation nursing was used in treatment group and usual nursing was used in control group. The lysholm knee score scale were compared between the two groups. Results:The lysholm knee score of treatment group in post-operative 8 weeks and postoperative 9 months Lysholm knee score were significantly higher than that of control group,showed significant differences between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:A reasonable and efficient rehabilitation nursing after BTB surgery can effectivly the recovery of knee joint function.%目的：探讨三结合康复护理模式在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用效果。方法：选取20例行前交叉韧带重建术患者，将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组术后给予常规护理，观察组采用三结合康复护理，比较两组患者治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分。结果：观察组患者术后8周及术后9个月Lysholm膝关节评分均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：合理、高效的术后康复护理能最大程度的恢复膝关节功能。
