护理流程再造在血液透析患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence on complication incidence and satisfaction of nursing process reengineering in hemodialysis patient. Methods:Selected 100 cases patients receiving process reengineering in our hospital as observation group from August,2014 to July,2015 and selected 100 cases he-modialysis patients without process reengineering in our hospital as control group from July,2013 to July,2014. The nursing effect of hemodialysis patients by nursing process reengineering were compared before and after the implementation. Results:The score of basic nursing,nursing technical operation,spe-cialty nursing,ward management,hemodialysis knowledge,emergency medicine management and patient satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence of nursing adverse events and complication was lower than control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing process reengineering could improve the nursing quality of hemodialysis patient effectively,reduce the occurrence of patient complication and nursing ad-verse events as well as increase patient satisfaction.%目的：探讨护理流程再造对血液透析患者并发症发生率及满意度的影响。方法：选取2014年8月~2015年7月在本院接受流程再造的患者100例作为观察组，选取2013年7月~2014年7月未实施流程再造的血液透析患者100例作为对照组，对比护理流程再造实施前后对血液透析患者的护理效果。结果：观察组护士在基础护理、护理技术操作、专科护理、病房管理、血液透析知识及急救药品管理得分方面以及患者满意度方面高于对照组（P ﹤0．05），护理不良事件及并发症发生率低于对照组（P ﹤0．05）。结论：护理流程再造能有效提高血液透析患者护理质量，降低患者并发症及护理不良事件的发生，提高患者满意率。
