KTH整合式护理干预对肝移植术后患者自我效能及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the KTH integrated nursing intervention influencing patient self -efficacy and life quality after liver transplantation.Meth-ods:To select 114 patients operated with liver transplantation at our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017;to divide them randomly into observation group and control group; control group received usual care while observation group received KTH integrated nursing; the intervention lasted for 2 months.Both groups were compared in terms of self-efficacy, life quality, nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complication.Results: The score of inner activity di-mension and skill dimension in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.05); there was no statistical significance in the score of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life before intervention(P>0.05);each score was improved for both groups after intervention (P<0.05)and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction score to observation group in terms of environment, service attitude, nursing skill and health education was significantly higher than that to control group(P<0.05); and observation group had lower rate of complication occurrence than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:KTH integrated nursing intervention could enhance self -effica-cy, improve life quality and nursing satisfaction , and decrease complication occurrence for patients after liver transplantation operation.%目的:探讨KTH整合式护理干预对肝移植术后患者自我效能及生活质量的影响.方法:选取2015年7月~2017年1月在我院行肝移植术的114例患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用KTH整合式护理干预,两组均干预2个月.比较两组自我效能、生活质量及护理满意度评分及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组内心活动维度及技能维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组干预前身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组各项评分均提高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院环境、服务态度、护理技巧、健康教育等方面护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:KTH整合式护理干预可增强肝移植术后患者的自我效能感,改善生活质量及护理满意度,减少并发症发生率.
