视频播放与情景模拟在手术室院感知识培训中的成效分析

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of video display and scenario simulation in hospital infection knowledge training of operating room .Methods:Se-lected 70 medical personnel from operating rooms in the period from October 2015 to October 2016 as the objects of study, and they were equally divided in-to control group and observation group at random .The medical personnel from control group received the routine hospital infection knowledge training , and the medical personnel from observation group received the hospital infection knowledge training under the guide of video display and scenario simulation . The medical personnel from two groups were recorded and compared for their theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores in different time points before and after the training.Results:The difference of comparison between two groups in theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores of medical personnel was not of statistical significance before the training(P>0.05), and the medical personnel from observation group had higher theoreti-cal knowledge scores and practical operation scores than those from control group in different time points after the training(P<0.05).Conclusion: Video display and scenario simulation had a significant effect in the hospital infection knowledge training of operating room , and they were very important to im-prove the medical personnel's cognition of hospital infection knowledge and operation practice, therefore, they had a very high value of application.%目的:探讨视频播放与情景模拟在手术室院感知识培训中的成效.方法:选取2015年10月~2016年10月70名手术室医护人员为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规院感知识培训,观察组则以视频播放与情景模拟为指导进行院感知识培训,统计并比较两组医护人员培训前后不同时间的理论知识评分、操作实践评分.结果:培训前两组医护人员的理论知识评分及操作实践评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而护培训后不同时间点观察组医护人员的理论知识评分及操作实践评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:视频播放与情景模拟在手术室院感知识培训中的成效明显,对于提升医护人员的院感知识认知度与操作实践均有更好的作用,因此应用价值更高.
