目的:研究手术室护理在防止全膝关节置换术(TKR)患者术后感染中的价值.方法:选取我院TKR患者124例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予手术室护理干预,对比两组患者的手术切口愈合率、住院时间、护理满意度评分以及感染发生情况.结果:观察组住院时间和护理满意度情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口愈合情况以及手术切口感染情况优于对照组且其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对TKR患者行改进后的手术室护理干预能够显著改善患者术后切口愈合情况,降低其感染发生率,值得进一步推广.%Objective: To research the value of operating room nursing on patients in preventing postoperative infection after having total knee replacement (TKR). Methods: To select 124 cases of patients after having TKR in our hospital as research objectives, randomly divided them into observation group and control group. Control group was given conventional nursing, while observation group was given nursing intervention in operating room on the basis of con-ventional nursing. Compare the score of healing rate of operative incision, length of stay, nursing satisfaction and the situation of infection of the two groups. Results: Situation of length of stay and nursing satisfaction of observation group was superior to that of control group(P < 0. 05); situation of healing rate of operative incision and infecting situation of operative incision of observation group was better than that of control group and difference was statistically signifi-cant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Aiming to the application of operating room nursing intervention which had been improved on patients after having total kneel replacement can apparently improve the situation of operative incision healing on patients, and lower the rate of being infected, it was worthy to be further popularized.
