360度反馈评价在实习护生临床教学中的应用

     

摘要

目的 探讨360度反馈评价在临床实习护生教学中的应用效果.方法 采用自行设计的360度考核量表对86名临床实习护生分别从护士长(护士长助理/组长)、带教老师、同学(同组实习护生)、患者或患者家属以及实习护生本人角度按照护理品德、护理知识、护理技能、护理能力及护理服务5个指标进行2次分级测评,根据测评结果及时调整带教措施,纠正不足.结果 通过评价者对临床实习护生各考核指标的2次测评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 360度反馈评价法提供了多角度的评价信息,有助于提高护生临床综合职业能力,并能帮助护生树立"以病人为中心"的职业观.%Objective To observe the effect of the 360-degree feedback evaluation on the clinical nursing trainees. Methods A self-made 360-degree evaluation scale was used to evaluate 86 clinical nursing trainees by two times from the head nurses(head nurse assistants/group leaders) , teachers, classmatesC same group nursing trainees) , patients or their family members,and themselves. The evaluation indexes included moral character,knowledge,skills,ability,service of nursing. According to the results,the teaching methods were adjusted and the shortages were corrected promptly.
