The present invention provides a 360 degrees lens module and an application, which are mounted on a portable smart terminal and form and store a 360 degrees image, thereby directly transmitting the stored image to the portable smart terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the 360 degrees lens module comprises: a housing forming a light outlet; a pair of fisheye lenses facing in opposite directions; a reflective member changing paths of light provided by the pair of fisheye lenses in the same direction, and providing to the outside of the housing through the light outlet; and a fixing member formed on the housing, and fixing the lens module to the smart terminal.
