乙型病毒性肝炎患者自行停用抗病毒药物治疗的体验

摘要

目的 探讨乙型病毒型肝炎患者自行停用抗病毒药物治疗的原因.方法 2015年6月至2017年6月,采用目的性抽样法选取在解放军第302医院治疗期间自行停用恩替卡韦分散片抗病毒治疗的乙型肝炎患者10名为研究对象.采用质性研究中的半结构访谈法,对其进行深入访谈,使用内容分析法对资料进行分析.结果 乙型病毒性肝炎患者自行停药的原因共提炼出5个主题:疾病治疗认知不清;医保购药结构限制;考虑生育问题;患者自身工作原因;经济负担大.结论 服用抗病毒药物治疗病毒性肝炎前患者要进行全面系统的检查,医生要针对特殊情况对其进行指导用药,以避免患者自行停药,从而提升其抗病毒药物治疗病毒性肝炎的效果.%Objective: To investigate the causes of self-stopping antiviral therapy in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods: Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted in 10 patients with HBV who were treated with antiviral therapy with Entecavir Dispersible Tablets.The data were analyzed by con-tent analysis.Results: Five themes were extracted including unclear understanding of disease treatment, restricted drug purchase by medical insurance,consideration of childbirth problem,patient self problems and heavy economic burden.Conclusion: Before taking antiviral drugs for treating viral hepatitis,patients should have complete examination and doctors need to provide individualized medication guidance so as to avoid self-stopping the medication and improve antiviral therapy outcome.
