研制了一台用于重核素测量的能量-飞行时间探测系统.探测系统由飞行时间探测器和金硅面垒型能量探测器组成,金硅面垒型探测器兼做飞行时间探测器的停止探测器.用该探测系统在中国原子能科学研究院串列加速器质谱装置上对182Hf9+离子的能量-飞行时间双维谱进行了测量.该探测系统对77.4 MeV182Hf9+离子的能量分辨率为3.8%,飞行时间分辨为0.8ns.%A detector system of energy-time of flight for heavy nuclide is presented.The detector system is constructed with a time of flight (TOF) detector,and a gold-silicon surface barrier detector (SBD) used as an energy detector (meanwhile as stop detector of the TOF detector).182Hf9+ ions shooting out from a 13 MV tandem accelerator mass spectrometry at China Institute of Atomic Energy were detected by the detector system.The energy and TOF two-dimension spectra of 182Hf have been obtained.The energy resolution of SBD is about 3.8% for 77.4 MeV182Hf9+ and the time resolution of the TOF detector is about 0.8 ns.
