Objective To discuss the research progress of Raf kinase inhibitors in recent years .Methods Based on the literature,we summarized the research progress according to the structural type of Raf kinase inhibitors .Results Some Raf kinase inhibitors in early clinical studies have unique inhibitory activities .Conclusion Raf kinase inhibitors have good prospects for possible clinical application .%目的 探讨近年来有关Raf激酶抑制剂的研究进展.方法 在查阅大量文献的基础上,总结了近年来有关Raf激酶抑制剂的结构类型及临床应用.结果 许多Raf激酶抑制剂在早期临床研究中具有独特的抑制活性.结论 Raf激酶抑制剂具有良好的临床应用前景.
