HPLC法同时测定多维元素片中维生素A和维生素E的含量

         

摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定多维元素片中维生素 A 和维生素 E 的含量。方法采用 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(98∶2);流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为265 nm;柱温为25℃。结果维生素 A 和维生素 E 的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.9999;专属性强,维生素 A、维生素 E 与药品中其他成分之间均有良好的分离度;稳定性和精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD 值)均小于1.0%;回收率良好,回收率在91.07%~92.85%之间;稳定性能满足实验要求。结论该法可同时定性和定量分析多维元素片中的维生素 A 和维生素 E,其方法的精密度、回收率和检出限能满足实际检测要求,可用于该制剂中维生素 A 和维生素 E 的监测。%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin A and vitamin E in Vitamins with Vinerals Tablets.Methods The HPLC method was carried on a C1 8 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-water (98∶2)as the mobile phase and detected at 265 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 ,and column temperature was set at 25 ℃.Results Good linear relationship between the peak area and sample volume was found for vitamin A and vitamin E with all correlation(r) greater than 0.999 9.The specificity study showed satisfactory resolutions between vitamin A and vitamin E with other ingredi-ents.The method proposed showed good stability and precision with all relative standard deviations (RSD)lower than 1.0%,and the recoveries ranged from 91.07% to 92.85% for the two compounds.Conclusion The method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of vitamin A and vitamin E in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets.Precision,recovery and detection limit of the method can meet the practical requirements of detection.It can be used for monitoring the vitamin A and vitamin E content in the preparation.
