Storage-stable mixed fruit and vegetable drink with high content of vitamins A, C and E made using vitamin E-containing vegetable oil extract

A mixed fruit/vegetable drink containing natural vitamins includes the following in 100ml of its ready-to-drink form: (a) at least 120 micro g vitamin A or at least 720 micro g provitamin A; (b) at least 9 mg vitamin C; and (c) at least 1.5 mg vitamin E. An Independent claim is included for the manufacturing process of the drink involving homogenizing and mixing a vitamin E-containing vegetable oil extract with the other components.
