近红外光谱技术快速测定杞菊地黄丸中马钱苷的含量

摘要

目的 应用近红外光谱技术建立杞菊地黄丸(浓缩丸)中马钱苷含量的快速测定方法.方法 以HPLC法测定样品中马钱苷的含量作为参考值,同时使用近红外漫反射光谱技术,采集113份杞菊地黄丸样品的近红外漫反射光谱,利用偏最小二乘法,建立马钱苷含量的快速测定模型.结果 建立的校正模型的相关系数和内部交叉验证均方差分别为0.9988和0.0934;经外部验证,模型的预测相关系数r和预测均方差分别为0.9867和0.0849.结论 该方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于杞菊地黄丸中马钱苷含量的快速测定.%Objective To establish a rapid analytical method for loganin in Qijudihuang Pills (condensed) by near-infrared spectrosco-py technique (NIR) .Methods The content of loganin was determined by HPLC .NIR spectra of 113 samples were collected by NIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy .The partial least square (PLS) calibration models were built with loganin content values as a reference .Results The correlation coefficient of the PLS calibration models of NIR spectroscopy for moisture was 0 .9988 ,and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation was 0 .0934 .The correlation between the reference value of the testing sample set and the near infrared predictive value was 0 .9867 ,and the root-mean-square error of prediction was 0 .0849 .Conclusion The method is rapid ,nondestructive and accurate ,and can be applied to the fast determination of loganin in Qijudihuang Pills .
