7815单液滴法萃取锗的动力学研究

     

摘要

The solvent extraction kinetics of germanium in dilute sulfuric solution by 7815 was investigated with the application of single drop technique.The results showed that the initial extraction rate of germanium improved by increasing interfacial area between the two phases and the initial concentration of sulfuric acid and germanium in aqueous phase, and the extraction of germanium may be a diffusion-controlling step.The extraction rate equation was established from the experimental results, this is: Jf = 2.3 × 10 -9[Ge]0.91[H+]0.32 , and the relative standard deviation value was 3.98%.%在稀硫酸的锗盐中,使用7815萃取锗,对萃取动力学进行了研究.试验结果表明,初始锗的萃取速度受有机相和水相的接触面积、硫酸浓度和水相中锗浓度的影响,锗的萃取受扩散步骤控制.试验建立的萃取动力学方程是J<,f>=2.3×10-9[Ge]0.91[H+]0.32,相对标准误差为3.98%.
