变速器敲击噪声心理声学评价研究

         

摘要

Transmission gear rattle noise has the characteristics of sound pressure level jump and broadband frequency range. Gear rattle noise can cause annoyance for the passengers and then affect the NVH performance of the automobile when it transfers to the vehicle cabin. However, the traditional A-weighted sound pressure level (SPL) cannot reflect the rattle noise characteristics effectively. In other words, the rattle noise cannot be effectively evaluated by just using SPL only. Therefore, to effectively evaluate the rattle noise, based on the psychoacoustic theory, both the subjective evaluation tests and objective psychoacoustic parameters calculation are conducted for the transmission rattle noise. The correlation analysis between the subjective evaluation and the objective psychoacoustic parameters are done. The results show that the correlation coefficients of SIL, loudness, roughness, sharpness with the subjective evaluation are all above 0.9. Then, a prediction model for the rattle noise evaluation is established by using MLR (Multiple Linear Regression). The model is tested and verified. Results show that the regression coefficients are up to 0.936, and the prediction error is less than 10 %. This work provides a reference for the evaluation of rattle noise.%变速器齿轮敲击噪声具有声压级跳跃和宽频带特征,传递到车内会引起驾乘人员烦恼,进而对汽车的NVH性能造成影响.而传统A计权声压级不能全面有效地反映敲击噪声特征,导致敲击噪声得不到全面有效的评价.因此,为了全面地对变速器敲击噪声进行评价,基于心理声学理论,对变速器敲击室内台架试验噪声分别进行主观评价试验与客观心理声学参数计算,然后对主观评价结果与各个心理声学参数结果进行了相关性分析,发现语言干扰级、响度、粗糙度、尖锐度与主观评价结果相关系数都超过了0.9.在此基础上运用多元线性回归方法建立了变速器敲击噪声评价预测模型,并对模型进行了检验与验证,结果显示回归系数高达0.936,且预测误差也在10 %以内,可为变速器敲击噪声评价提供参考.
