基于对称有限元模型的车辆乘坐室声振耦合分析的子结构方法

     

摘要

A synmmetrical finite element model for structure-acousticcoupling analysis of the automobile passenger compartment is set up.Then, a dynamic substructure method is put forward based upon the symmetrical model,which can be used to integrate the influence of the interior decorations and accessory structures of the passenger compartment.In the concrete an interior decoration or accessory structure is regarded as a pair of substructure/subspace respectively in the primary structure domain and interior acoustic fluid space.And the influence of the interior decorations and accessory structures is brought into the symmetrical model so as to achieve a high accuracy result of the finite element analysis.Finally,an example for the passenger compartment of a saloon car is solved in order to validate the correctness of the method given in this paper.%建立了车辆乘坐室声振耦合分析的对称有限元模型。在此基础上,提出了一种可用于综合内饰等乘坐室附属结构对乘坐室声振特性影响的动态子结构方法。该方法将内饰或附属结构等效为乘坐室壁结构与内部声空间中的一对相应的子结构/子空间,并将其影响引入到声振耦合分析的对称有限元模型中,从而使有限元分析的精度大为提高。最后,以一国产轿车为对象给出了算例,验证了所提方法的正确性。
