Aiming at the problem that vibration signal is easily affected by noises in early fault identification, an aero-engine rotor system fault diagnosis method is presented based on the similarity of phase planes.Fault types are identified by calculating the similarity of phase plane plots based on the overall vibration signal parameters in various ranges and states.Simulation shows that the method proposed can efficiently resist the noises and diagnose the faults with high speed and precision, and thus has significance in practical application.%针对频谱分析法在判别航空发动机转子系统早期故障时振动信号易被噪声干扰而不能准确识别的问题,提出基于振动相图相似度的故障诊断方法.在分析发动机不同状态时整机振动信号参数在不同范围随机变化导致相轨迹分布不同的基础上,通过计算相图相似度来判别故障类型.实践表明,该方法能有效去除噪声对故障信息的干扰,诊断准确率高,判别速度快,具有实用价值.
