车用柴油机电控器金属橡胶隔振器设计与试验

         

摘要

针对车用柴油机电控器振动损坏难题,设计一种适用于发动机电控器减振缓冲的金属橡胶隔振器。隔振器采用金属橡胶作为减振元件,与现有隔振器相比,具有不惧高低温、性能稳定、使用寿命长、结构简单、占有空间小等优点。同时,开展金属橡胶隔振器的试验研究,重点探讨几何尺寸、成型压力、毛坯质量相同时,金属丝直径、热处理状态对金属橡胶隔振器弹性阻尼性能的影响规律。%Aiming at the problem of electric controller damage of vehicle’s diesel caused by violent vibration, a metal rubber vibration isolator was designed. In the vibration isolator the metal rubber was used as the damping element. In comparison with the existing vibration isolator, this isolator has many advantages such as high and low temperature resistance, stable performance, long service lifespan, simple structure, and less space required. The experimental research of the metal rubber vibration isolator was done. The influence of wire diameter and heat treatment condition on the elastic and damping properties of the metal rubber vibration isolator with the same geometrical dimensions, forming pressure and blank mass, was discussed with emphasis.
